When should I try to test again?

I am about 12 DPO (it's almost midnight on 11 dpo) and I have felt like I was pregnant for about 5 days. I've had period-like cramps for three days and heaviness in my stomach.
I took a test on 9 dpo at night instead of waiting until morning and it was negative. I know 9 dpo is very early, but for health reasons, I really wanna know as soon as possible
