BYOB: We Want Some Chirstmas Babies!!

Hi ladies!

Well, it's that time again! Lets kick things off the same as usual, with an update...

My name is Joy
I am 28, and dh is 29
we've been together almost 10yrs
Got married and bought a house together in 2009
From Canada
I'm currently a housewife, but hope to soon be a stay at home mom

I got pg back in the summer of 2010 then m/c'd at 8 weeks
We ttc for 8 cycles after the m/c, (10 months)
We have a nursery room all set up waiting for baby

I got a BFP on June 30th 2011
Had a missed m/c on Aug 18th 2011
Since then I have been rushed to the hospital 3 times for excessive bleeding (once via ambulance cause I passed out)
I have had 2 emergency D&C's, 2 Folley Ballooons, 3 blood transfusions of 2 bags each, & a Hysteroscopey. (Not to be confused with a "HysterECTAMY")

I am Finally back to TTC and am currently on cd12
Right now I am taking my prenatal vitamin, my iron suppliment (which I plan on stopping), I chart my bbt, use opks, and take EPO from cd8-Ovulation.

This is the best group out there - these ladies are all amazing!! They are my online bffs and I love them all! Dont know what I would do without you ladies!!

Hope everyone had a great Monday!!!
Joy

The pain from ovulation is gone but now I think I pulled a muscle in the same hip trying to avoid sleeping on it. Is it ever sore. We didn't be last night so I'm sure I'm out this cycle. I know sperm can survive a few days in there but I'm not sure if that's enough. I'm so down about ttc. I feel like giving up. I don't think I'll ever be pregnant. It's just not in the cards for me. And now I'm sick. I've got a vicious cold and I'm so tired. I'm only 1dpo so I know it's not that. Sigh.

I'm starting to wonder if maybe I am pregnant. But it's only 1dpo so it's far too early for symptoms. But this pain in my lower abdomen and hip says different. I don't know but I'm feeling strangely hopeful. The last time df and I bd'd it felt different it felt I don't know possible. Maybe. We'll see I guess.

snowwhite - I hope you're pg this time and I hope AF doesn't play a cruel joke on you like last time. I know how you feel about giving up-I feel the same way. But no matter how hard I try not to think about it and just let it be, I can never turn off the TTC switch completely. I"ve never wanted anything like this before. Don't give up! You will have a baby soon!

Joy - I'm starting to get used to my body doing funny things. I'm pretty sure the spotting is due to the cysts. I've had painful AF for the past 2 cycles and I think that's why I'm spotting. One might have burst. I just have to wait to see my specialist, although if I'm in even more pain next time (hopefully there isn't an AF on the horizon) I'll call to get checked faster. How are you feeling?

Well, I bought some opks today in the hopes of catching the golden egg this cycle. Just in time for Easter!! If I get pg this cycle, I'll find out just in time for my B-Day !!

Hello ladies!

It been a few days since I've replied, but I'm always keepin up!

Robyn: hopefully this will be your cycle and you won't need to do IUI!

Lindsay: Sorry about your back pain! Hopefully you get a bfp that will make it all worth it!

Jan: I know the feeling, taking yourself off the pg list, etc. I was on 2 newsletters the send you updates. I hated deleting myself. Its like salt in your wounds. And it still doesn't stop you from thinking what stage you'd be in if you were still pg. I'm 3 weeks away from my would of been due date and I've been thinking about my what if pg the whole time. And I'm so sorry that you lost your job! What a shitty month! I'm glad you're down to 0 though so you can start feeling "normal" again and prepare to ttc again.

Gummybear: hope you caught the egg!

Elizabats: I'm glad you felt brave enough to jump in a say hi! I hear ya; it took me a while to join in myself. So by the time I did, I felt like I already knew everyone!

Emma: any more testing since 6 dpo? (i'm not sure if I've missed a post)

RJ: nice to hear from you again!

Morgan & Lee: Hopefully you both catch it and join the tww with a lil growing bean soon!

Jenn: sorry about the nasty ! I guess its better to have her come early then late and mess with your head! Although not coming at all is even better!!!

Jil: xf that df gets the job! Hopefully your instincts are right!

Cris: sorry that your pipes are acting up! Hopefully the rest of your cycle is better and ends with the best apology gift ever!

Kristine: I think my 1st number was 11 when I was pg. My dr told me it only matters what your doubling time is. So hopefully Monday's test puts you at ease! And as for dh; I though I'd share my story. So my dh really wanted kids and when we 1st found out I was pg, he was excited. But then he totally got all stressed about money, etc. And for the remainder of my pg he seemed like he wasn't excited at all. I have to drag him to appointments and to feel the baby kick, etc. It totally hurt my feelings and I was scared he didn't really want to be a dad and that he'd be a terrible one at that. Well once she was born, everything changed. He couldn't love her more! eriously! He lives for her! So regardless of how your man responds to this, I am confident he'll be a loving and supportive dad the moment he lays eyes on his child!

Joy: I hope you're having fun with your friends and announcing your big news!

AFM: my cycle has been wacky for me. I had the classic O signs of creamy cm for 2 days, then 2 days of ridiculously ewcm and sharp O pains. On the day before the 1st ewcm day, I had my darkest opk, but it wasn't quite as dark as the 2nd line. Plus my temps have remained low. Since then my cm has gotten super dry and my opk are very negative. So I think I actually already O'd but my progesterone is too low. Shit. So last night I took my progesterone cream and this morning my temp spiked from 97.5 to 98.4. Wowzer, I guess the cream really works! If I weren't temping I would have assumed I O'd on CD 13 or 14. But today is CD 18 and my 1st day of a temp spike, due to the cream I assume. Anyways, I'm feeling a little discouraged by this cycle since next month I am finally starting to ttc. So I'm making a dr appt to make sure my low progesterone is ok, if I'm continuing the cream. I wish this was simple and my cycles could just be normal. I'm so scared to have another mc. Arg!!!

Hi Ladies

Just a quick update as things have been a bit crazy here at the moment.

I think that I am 1dpo today as my temps went up by .5, my OPKs are back to almost no 2nd line, I have stopped ferning and my CM is sticky and drying up. So everything is leading to O yesterday but the only thing is that I never got a +OPK again. I never got one last cycle either and I have been doing 3 a day in the past few days. No sure what the go is there Anyway hopefully my temps stay up to confirm O and then I can focus on the TWW and hopefully a nice

DH father has just come home so we have been helping out alot but hopefully thing will get back to normal in the next few days.

I have been reading everyones updates and I hope to write a bigger reply in the next few day once everything settles down here.

Caren.

Hi ladies!

caren - Yay for dh's Dad coming home! Hope all is going well with him! And yay for your temp spike!!

Nicole - Thanks hun, I'll explain about the visit below... lol! Yikes what a bbt spike! Hope all goes well at the doc if you end up going! Can't wait for you to start ttc again!!

Cris - Really hopeful that you wont have another af to suffer through! Hope all goes well with O!!! Remember... "just keep swimming, just keep swimming!" I am feeling really good, thanks for asking! Have a bit of nausea that comes and goes, but Ill take it!

Jil -

AFM - Last night with our friends was good, but I can tell I am gonna get fed up with them knowing soon!! They think just cause they have had a kid they they know EVERYTHING and we know nothing.

Aside from that I am doing great. Enjoying every little bout of nausea I get, and yet at the same time, I still cant believe its real yet! lol! Calling my ob/gyn tomorrow, so we will see what he says.

Joy

Well today is CD 36 and no sign of at all. I've had some yellow cm but nothing else. Had a little nausea today and very sleepy, but I only got 6 hours last night so who knows. Definitely losing hope, not sure if I should make an appt with my doctor or just assume I didn't ovulate and assume I'm on a new cycle. But that doesn't make sense I got positive OPKS between CD 24 and 26. I am going to test again on Tuesday when I'm one week late and go from there. This is so aggravating, I am always regular and now that being regular actually helps me I'm late with no BFP.

Glad to hear all is going well with you Joy, still so happy for you and aroma!
