Implantation dip and temp spike ? Bbt chart= possible pregnancy?

Hi ladies.
I need some opinions please
I had a second temp dip 7 dpo followed by a spike in temp. Could this mean what I hope and pray it means? Please give me your opinions If it does look good when should I start testing? Thanks so much
