HSG
I had a Hsg done yesterday. I was somewhat nervous about it. This is my experience, though experiences can differ woman to woman. It starts out like a regular pap smear. My ob/gyn opened me with the speculum and then cleaned the area with iodine. Then he inserted the catheter,this was a little discomforting,then the assistant put the xray machine over my abdomen and my doctor began the procedure. He injected me with the contrast dye, this part for discomfort was about a 9/10 for me, and to my surprise, my tubes were clear!! C: After the hsg they took another xray. Next week I phone my doctor to find out the other xray results. Wish me luck!! Hopefully I conceive soon! C:
