Question

Has anyone experienced ovarian hyperstimulation?

Hi,
I took 5000 IUs of HCG at Midnight on Feb 7th and then had 2 IUIs one on Feb 8th and second on Feb 9th. I consider my ovulation date to be Feb 9th becuase of the symptoms I experienced that morning.

On Feb 13th I learned that my ovaries are hyperstimulated.

On Feb 14th at 2:21 am I woke up in severe pain. I ended up going to the emergency room because I was concerned that I had twisted one of my ovaries. The hospital confirmed that I had not twisted my ovaries (thank God). They also took blood and urine and both came back positive for pregnancy. I'm assuming this is just remaining HCG in my system from my trigger shot that I took 6 1/2 days prior.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar? I've read that hyperstimulated ovaries is a good sign that I'm pregnant.

Anyone?
