Pregnancy Symptoms, PMS Symptoms or Progesterone side effects? Who Knows???

I've been on Progesterone suppositories (3X day) since 1DPO. It's so frustrating because the progesterone can cause pregnancy symptoms. Since I've never taken the progesterone during the TWW I'm having hard time differentiating between normal symptoms, pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms.

Progesterone side effects:
Bloating; breast tenderness; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; fluid retention; headache; irritability; mild hair loss; muscle pain; nausea; spotting or breakthrough bleeding; stomach pain or cramping; tiredness; vomiting.

So far I've been very bloated (1DPO until present). My boobs were really tender from 1DPO until 8DPO and have gotten much better with each day. My nipples were especially tender and have been feeling much better the past 2 days (9DPO & 10DPO). I've been very tired taking late afternoon naps (about an hour long) and then still falling asleep at my normal bedtime. Normally when I take naps I cant fall asleep at night which is why I generally won't nap. I had a slight headache on 9DPO which couldn't possibly be related to dehydration because I have been drinking liquids like crazy. I also felt mild irritability on 9DPO. I've been having on and off mild dull pressure/cramps since 8DPO. No bleeding, spotting, nausea or vomiting. 9DPO and 10DPO started to feel a lower back ache mainly on my right side (I ovulated from my right side this month). I've also been really hot when I sleep at night. I wake up completely soaked from sweat which is completely unlike me. I'm unsure if this is a sign of the progesterone as well?

I'm just going nuts wondering what my symptoms mean. I know that a lot of my symptoms are both PMS and pregnancy symptoms as well as Progesterone side effects.

My bf has been so loving and supportive but I just feel like I'm all alone. No one seems to understand what I'm going through and no one has done any injectible fertility treatments or taken progesterone.

So far BFNs on 7DPO, 8DPO & 10DPO. I didn't test this morning because I didnt want another disappointing BFN.
