More tiny little bumps around nipple..does anyone have this?

I am on CD28 but I dont know O date. I noticed tiny bumps around my nipples appear yesterday, and today I see more. Should I be concerned? Maybe I am just trying to find any kind of a sign...I think Im crazy! LOL Please let me know if you have expirienced this.

mine tend to get bigger every month as soon as i o and then they go away when af arrives,probably no help for you but thought i would let you know

Thanks for the advise I guess I will just have to wait and see if it's a sign of a BFP
