could i be pregnant?

i know it seems silly as i am only 6 dpo, but i have had backache, achey lower abdomen and nausea since 4 dpo, woke up this morning with sore bbs and nipples, bra doesnt seem to be helping either. could these be pregnancy symptoms this early on?

Oh I hope so for your sake, but implantation probably hasnt happened yet, so you wouldnt be feeling any of these unless implantation has happened, and if it has happened then maybe you have your dates wrong..lol..I know how it feels to have all these phantom symptoms, I have been obsessing over symptoms myself for the past 4 months, thinking every month that I might be preggers only to be disappointed when my AF comes :(, but I wish you all the best of Luck Girl :) Baby dust... xo
