Want cycle buddies who have been TTC #1 for a few months now

Hello!

I am looking to buddy up with a few ladies who have been TTC #1 for a few months now.

I am on cycle 5 of trying. I really expected to get pregnant in the first couple months of trying, but it hasn't happened yet. I am a worry wart, so I often worry that something is maybe wrong, but I am working on trying to stay positive!

I am a bit of a control freak, so I chart religiously. I monitor BBT, CM, cervix position and I use OPKs. This month I am supplementing with soy isoflavones and evening primrose oil. It is my first time trying these things and I am a little nervous, but I am hopeful that it might get me that .

I would love to hear your story!

Hey ladies!!

So I just wanted to pop in and say that "trying not to focus" on it this month did not work, but it was not too bad because there was less charting worrying and time keeping... However I am currently cd10 and getting ready to o. I am going to do mucinex this month... Anyone know how much and how often I should be taking it????

Hang in there Jazzy!! I am sure it will work out the way it is supposed to... We are all here for you if you ever need us.

Have any of your guys watched the move "what to expect when you're expecting"?? I loved it.. So funny for the type of situation we are all experiencing..

How is everyone else... It looks like communication has been lacking lately...

Hey everybody! I'm on CD25 / 11DPO. tested BFN today on a cheapie, and hoping that by this weekend I get a BFP. I think we BD'ed at the right times and just am keeping my fingers and toes crossed!

Totally awkward having to test at the inlaws house - I'll have to bury the tests!

Hi everyone,

That is a great movie! Loved it. You would think it would be hard to watch when TTC, but ut gives you hope!

I did Robitussin last month, same idea as Mucinex. Just make sure guaifenesin is the only active ingredient. Take it according to the label, for 5 days before O. It helped me!

We are starting DH on Fertilaid while we wait to see some specialists.
We got blood work done on both of us and now we are waiting on the results.

That is where I am at... Cycle 7, cd 4... AF.

Hi Arherring13, ladies,
Yes its been ages and I've been thinking about you all and hoping for victory for all in the ttc journey. Actually I'm nearly five months pregnant. Sorry for not telling you earlier. I have been pretty sick these [past almost four months and nearly lost the baby due to complications from multiple fibroids. I've been off work since the middle of December and currently I'm under close medical observation but the Lord has been faithful and so far so good. How you all doing? Wishing you all the best, that BFP will come sooner than you expect. It happened for me at 42, nothing's impossible with God. Blessings

Awesome to hear such success stories!! Congrats efua and jazzy!!! Super happy for you guys!! God is truly good!! It gives me hope that it will happen for me!

I have an appt schedule to meet with a fertility doctor. Sorta excited about it but nervous as to what they will find after my results all come back. But in the mean time i will be o'ing in a couple of days and just have been temping and got some opk. I have been doing the expectorate off and on for about a week. Seems to be drying me out...which i doubt its what its supposed to do!

What is new with everyone else!?

I am so excited to hear the successes also!! So happy for you ladies! I just o'ed but hubby was out of town for a lot of it, so not really feeling successful. I too have an appointment with a fertility specialist but not until feb 14.. She is the best in our city and I CANNOT wait! I am excited because I feel like I am actually doing something about it now. Bad news or good news, I feel like I am taking a little itty bit of control of the situation.

So what do you guys think you did different for your success? I know Jazzy you were doing a lot of different techniques. So spill the beans!! Lol.. Hopefully that will lead us to our desired bfp!

Me: Robitussin, vitamin B6, evening primrose oil
DH: loose boxers, Fertilaid, limited caffeine, no alcohol

The only thing that was new that cyle was the Fertilaid though! Also, I wasn't as obsessed about TTC, because I started watching The Walking Dead and ot addicted lol.

It will happen for you ladies. Just keep swimming!
