The Wannabe Mamas!

I am starting this thread for a group of ladies that already frequently communicate through journals and PMs. Since we already stalk one another's journals and countdown pages... I thought it might be nice for us to have a discussion forum, where we can frequently communicate our day to day ups and downs. Please re-introduce yourself and give us a summary of your journey to date!

My story:
DH and I have been TTC #1 since June 2012. In October, we found out that DH has a varicocele causing poor morphology (1-2%). This makes it difficult for us to conceive on our own. We are on some looong wait lists to see specialists. We need to see a urologist about possible surgery and a fertility specialist about possible IUI or IVF. Right now we are loking at 8-10 month wait times, but we might be able to get DH into a urologist much sooner if we can get into a clinic in the next province over. We are currently working toward making that happen! The surgery has about 50/50 odds of working. But we are hoping it works for us!

Quant at 15 for yesterdays blood test at 11 dpo....sounds low end to me. But still hoping tomorrows will double. Ugh I am so nervous, just a wreck....

Keep us posted Britt! 15 is not low for being super early! Especially if you implanted on day 8 or 9! Anything above 5 is positive....so you're 10 above that! No worries!!

I think you'll be okay too :) Many don't even show positive on hpts at 11 dpo and not only tested positive but got blood work to prove it. Just try to relax and enjoy the first moments of pregnancy :)

Thanks girls, I am sorry for wigging out, I just dont know how to feel cuz of my previous losses. You guys are the best. I am going to take a deep breath and try to relax. Kalie....unrelated TTC question....

Does your Boston Terrier have acid reflux or any type of tummy issue? My Stella I think has an ulcer or some acid reflux....and heard it is common in Bostons. She has to eat 3 times a day, recommended by the vet, with her portions divided up for the 3 small meals...and if we dont do that, she vomits up bile from being so nervous and/or her acid reflux. Vet doesnt seem worried, but I feel like its doing her harm...my poor furbaby!
