Lol. Don't be jealous. The novelty would wear off in about 30 seconds. Our winters suck. It is going to be -30 celsius here by Sunday. That is like -22 F. And colder with the wind chill!

We have 2 fur babies as well. A spoiled shihtzu and a shelter mutt with some border collie in her. Our shelter mutt is a sweetie. So loyal and obedient.

Well I do believe I am officially on cycle day 1 :( I now know ever to even bother thinking about taking a test until I am at least 17 dpo. I started vitex so hopefully that will help keep my cycle normal since basically I am out of medicine for a few weeks. I hope next one stays just as regular.

I have all the kids stuff in a layaway. I'll get it out this sunday and wrap presents with my mom at her house :) Oh boy that's gonna be a job and a half!! We spoiled them this year but they're gonna LOVE it!

I like the cold though :) I can't stand being hot! At least when it gets cold you can add layers and layers and watch tv under blankets all the time. Not to mention lots of cuddling lol which when its colder makes it easier. In the summer we can't get near each other it gets so hot even with the ac on!

Lol everyone cuddles with doggies ad cuddle with my little bird :) lol oh well some day I'll have a furry friend as well :)

Kalie...you have a Boston too?! Oh I love my little Boston girl! Her name is Stella...and I feel like I gave birth to her....thats how much I love her! LOL. I cant go to sleep without her snuggling back to back with me!

I decided to test my hcg and surprise surprise (being sarcastic) it is still positive. Weak urine too as I only held for 2 hours. I think I am going to wait a few more days to bring my script in for my blood draw....I wanted the test to show negative and I know it will just be a waste of my blood!

My temps are so wierd....97.5 for multiple days now. That has never happened to me before. Wonder what that means!

I need to pray to the ovulation Gods! Are there any?!

Ahh Jazzy! ok I don't want it to be that cold! haha but Michelle does have a point about snuggling! :)
I bet it gets old like our Summers!

Melissa yep I have a Boston... hes NUTS!!! but he cracks us up! DH wants him in the bed but he always ends up right behind my rear! that little 18lb sucker can put off some HEAT! Jazzy maybe you need a BOSTON haha

Ya know ladies considering I cannot conceive on my own I don't think I am going to do anything besides temp this cycle. If we bd at the right times then we do if not oh well hopefully my doc will let me give clomid a few rounds and see how that goes. I'm not gonna plow through opks this time round I'll save it for when I really need it ;) I'm hoping I will O one more time before the doc when I get there I'll be around 5-7 dpo so who knows!

Kalie...my Stella is, get this, 28 pounds! She is a big girl! The vet says she is fine....and her weight flucuates between 25 to 28 pounds. Her mom and dad were big bostons....long bodies. My Stella is the same way. Is there a way to attach pics on this site?

I had a positive OPK yesterday...but also a positive HPT....so its a false positive OPK due to the lingering hcg in my system. Still going to have to wait this out....but have a TON of fun BDing often!

Everyone done with their Xmas shopping? Anyone hosting the holiday for family? Or traveling?

If you feel like you should hold off on OPKs this cycle, I say go for it! I keep thinking I will do a cycle like that, but when it comes down to it, I always want to test! I have been better about HPTs though... DH hides them and I am only allowed to have them if AF is a day late. So far, AF keeps showing on time and I have saved a lot of heart ache by not testing early!

I am done my shopping, but have yet to wrap my gifts, because I have been so sick!
We are going to the Okanagan this year to visit DH's family. We leave Monday. I have to admit, I am dreading going... Too many bad experiences I guess... But on the plus side, it is warmer there and it's beautiful!
Actually, we are staying one night at Sparkling Hill, a beautiful resort with over 3.5 million swarovski crystals throughout the building. It is gorgeous and the spa is amazing! They have all these different saunas and steam rooms, with different temperatures and ambiences. We are very excited! I know it is only one night, but we are saving in case we need IVF, so we might not have a real vacation for a while.

As for our urologist referral in the Okanagan, the referral as been made and now we are waiting to get a date for our initial consult. hope our plan works!

Y'all we had record temps of 74 degrees here today! Wow and Christmas is so close! We are getting storms tonight... So hopefully we will at least get rain! We need it bad! I see everyone up north is getting snow!!!

Ok I don't want to discourage any of y'all because your so awesome! But today I realized that March 2013 will be two years TTC for us... March is also the last month to conceive a 2013 baby! I had no clue... It didnt dawn on me! Weird to think that This coming April you won't have a baby till 2014!

Lol yeah I know about the march thing and I GOTTA conceive before then for the tax deduction ha ha ha. I have a few things left to get like two toys then I am done! I have yet to wrap everything!!! I have a date with my mom on sunday to do all that :)

Jazzy I LOVE Canada! We used to go to quebec every fall. I have a lot of memories of my grandparents up there. We used to stay i these rustic little cabins on the ottawa river :) It was always so so beautiful. I want to take my kids there someday and take them fishing and have a fish fry like my parents always used to do with us. I really am not gonna do much this cycles out of medicine anyway so basicially I'll have to start fresh but it's okay a new year, a new me, a whole bunch of new opportunities.
