ladies I'm terrified!! Just found out that the area I live has such bad air quality it is actually causing miscarriages and premature deliveries.... and now with this possible positive I am having my lower backache and did have some pink tinged cm so i'm scared that this one isn't going to stick not sure what to do ...... any natural things I can do to up progesterone before I can talk to the dr tomorrow?

How scary about the air quality!!! But Sweet potatoes have a lot of progesterone, drink whole milk, progesterone cream at the store, turkey and you can try walnuts. Have you taken another test yet? You can take vitamin b6 too which discourages miscarriage. Keep us updated!!!

Awe Michelle...this seems to be a crazy cycle for you. I hate those! What brand of OPKs are you using? You should try mine....the ones I get off eBay. If I had a bunch left, I'd just send them to you for free, but I think I only have about 4 left in my bundle. I won't be needing them for awhile. Do you need the link to the OPKs that I buy? I swear by them! They're cheap too!

Jazzy....there you are! Yes, I know it's pretty different over there, unless you get involved in a forum. I think I did for a bit, and saw some activity there...but nothing like it is over here. You're always welcome here.....as you read back through the last few pages, we talk about a variety of stuff....not just TTC....which is nice! You started this forum, so don't ever feel like you can't stay with us!

Life on BC pills is very different. I love the no bleeding factor....but I dont feel like the old me in the sense of BDing and such. I am enjoying the break from BBTing...and saving my pee until I get home for my OPKs! I'm torn....would be 22 weeks pregnant today.....and I could be TTC....but, eh......I'm really trying to save some money....and figure out what is going on with my joints. I'd like to see my results too from my echocardiogram next month. Have to be as healthy as I can be.

We are happy as we are for now. :)

I set up an account on the other site just to see what it was like. I agree it seems pretty quiet compared to this site. We all gibber jabber here lol I agree with Melissa Jazzy please don't feel like you have to stay away or keep your distance. None of us mind having your chatter on here too :) It's been a long journey to get where you are and no reason not hang around just beause you're having a little one :) I can't speak for everyoe but I've come to terms it will be a hard and very much longer journey for my bfp. Sure I have my bad days but I'll make it through :)

Melissa I know I haven't had such a screwed up cycle in a long time :( Maybe it's because I've started my metformin full strength again??? I just don't know. Last time I started the met I o'd in three weeks. This week will be my third week on full strength met so hopefully I will O sometime this week. If not then I'll just have to wait it out or just wait until my next doc appointment in May and hope for the best :)

Oh yeah I use a brand from amazon babi one. I like them they worked last time and they are cheap. I still have about 25 in my bundle. I'll need more this month so maybe I'll give yours a try. I paid 20$ (i think) for 50 opks and 20 hpt. I'll have to check out your link :)

Lol okay when I get paid this week I'll order some and give a shot......ya'll know that hen I eventually get this bfp I'll be the crazy lady posting new pics everyday and ya'll hate me for it lol but else am I supposed to do with all these hpts I'll be getting :) I'll be positng the progression pics!!

Just called the nurse & she'll be talking to the dr within the hour... can't wait to hear his plan of action and when my first ultrasound will be to make sure there really is a baby in there and in the right place.. I still can't believe that positive
