Shea - that would be amazing if it means you are headed towards BFP!!! I have everything crossed for you. You deserve it! You are so kind - I want this to happen for you so bad!!!

Ash - I am so sorry you are feeling down. Is this your first clomid month (sorry I don't remember). They will probably just up your prescription. It will happen for you. I promise!!!!

AFM- I just got back from my specialist. He said everything looks good and put me at 5 weeks. I am scheduled to get an ultrasound next week at 6 weeks to make sure everything is good. After that I will get one at 9 weeks. Once we know that is good, there is a 97% chance all will be ok. I am just hoping and praying to make it till the end of the month!

Shea: I looked at your chart and I think FF is right. You're 4dpo. I would just keep plugging in your temps everyday. If your temps were to spike up more, sometimes FF would then change your O day. On my current cycle, FF had me Oing on CD9 but then changed to CD13. I know it's hard but try and not think too much about it and don't take anymore OPK tests! It can drive you nuts with crazy results. One time I had definitely O'd but then at 4dpo, I tested +OPK! If you can do it, try and just BD every other day for the rest of the week.

Ash: I'm sorry about your progesterone result. Have the doc ever done a pelvic scan? That way he/she can look to see which ovaries have eggs developing?

Kraken: Happy anniversary! FX for you!!!

Nat: I agree with Margaret. Try and go into the hospital and speak with them directly face to face. Good luck, hun! You never know, you may not need it. I had my HSG scheduled but had to canceled it b/c I was still spotting thanks to Clomid. I wish I'm there with you as my specialty is getting information out of people b/c I will hound them non-stop!

Margaret: That is so exciting! 5 weeks! Woo hoo!

AFM: Time is crawling so slowly by. I got my bfp so darn early, I'm not even 5 weeks yet. I'm seeing the doc again this Fri b/c of the light spotting. He keeps saying it's not good. I'm going to have to go see another doctor b/c everywhere I look, it said that it's normal for some women. This doctor also thinks that I should not be on prenatal vitamins, just folic acid only. He said that I should start taking prenatal vitamins in the 2nd trimester. Remember, I'm in Thailand. I couldn't find a single prenatal vitamins here that matched the recommended dosage from back home! I'm waiting for my internet order to arrive so in the meantime I'm just eating a lot of what I think are nutritious meals & taking folic acid & fish oil for the Omega-3.

Hi Ladies!

Thank you co MUCH Margaret, Shea, and Nat! You made me feel so much better! The doc called and didn't really help though. She said, 'It SHOULD be fine, but don't do it again." So I just decided to call my mom and A)Tell her I was pregnant and B)tell her about this situation. This was not how I wanted to share the news but she and my dad have been impossible to make plans with! Anyway she basically said what Shea said....that the skin on the pads of your fingers is too thick to really absorb much....so I'm just going to go with that. 5 weeks today so Margaret we ARE buddies!

Shea - You probably did already ovulate but maybe just bd every few days to be safe. I am soooooooo hoping this is it for you! Hugs!

Nat - LAME! Is there another hospital you can do it through? I'm pretty sure they HAVE TO provide an estimate. I have had a few minor surgeries and I have talked to someone in billing for estimates every time. Keep bugging them and DO show up and ask to speak with someone! Good luck!

Ash - Sorry this cycle is not looking good! I agree with Margaret though - they should just up your dose. Don't get discouraged!

Nancy - Ummm, your doctor is wrong! I know you are in Thailand but it is super important to take prenatals in the first trimester. I am so glad you ordered some. You should be fine though until you get them. Don't let your doctor worry you too much about the spotting. Your HCG is still rising right? That (above all else) is the most important thing at this point.

Kraken - Sorry you are feeling down! Happy Anniversary! I am a firm believer that a weekend away can do wonders for a relationship and may just make that baby nestle into your tummy!

How are the rest of you ladies doing?

Shea - Im so sorry about your temps!!

Victoria - glad it wasnt serious!!

AFM: Dr called today (well his nurse did) and guess whose getting 150mg of not so happy pills this coming cycle?! Yep, thats me! NOT entirely thrilled BUT as long as my ovaries want to work from the left side this month I'll be happy b/c I know that side is for sure working. Other than that I see my new Dr on 9/26. So hopefully a new set of eyes will be a good thing and he is closer so i wont have to drive an hour just for a 10 min u/s or 5 min blood work appointment.

Hello ladies,

Nancy- Doctors do not always know everything. They can always be wrong. It is not easy to trust what doctors say. You of course have to do your own research sometimes. Nancy I am sure that everything will be just fine. I wouldn't ignore it either but if the hcg levels are going up then that's a good thing :).

Shea- Did you get enough sleep? At least as much as you usually do because what I have noticed with my temps is that when I do not sleep enough or even wake up early in the morning and then go back to sleep my temps are lower in the morning. So sleep can play a big part in it.

Victoria- I am sure you will be just fine. I am glad you called your mom. Sorry your doc was not being very helpful.

Carolyn- How are you? Have not heard from you lately?

Rachel- Miss you! How are you doing?

AFM: CD11 today. Neg lh. Would not expect it to be pos right now of course but testing just in case. I hope I O this month too. I just feel like I am not going to. I spoke to dh this morning about what I had to go through with the hospital and insurance company. He said that I should just do it and that if the bill is unreasonable then we will fight with them later. I do not know if that is a good idea but I have to do the HSG anyway. We will see. Dh and I are going on a small trip to Palm Springs tomorrow for two days. Excited to get away and enjoy some quality time with hubby :)
