It's going well. I've been sleeping a LOT and starting craving Doritos and sour cream lately (lol, it's seriously really good...). It's just been really stressful because we're watching my mom this week (she's in the middle stages of early-onset Alzheimer's) and she can't be left alone for a minute. It's really hard, especially with it being my mom. Hubby is really good at helping out (he's actually studying to get his nursing certificate, which he'll have by the end of August, so this is what he'll be doing career-wise early on!), but the majority of the care-taking falls to me.

Right now, I'm just hanging on until March 14th. That's when my first trimester is over and I'll be able to breath a little bit. I'm so worried all the time that something is going to happen.

it's wonderful on these threads, no one is a stranger, it feels like I've known all u guys my whole life. Maybe one day I'll get a chance to meet some of u. can u say GIRLS RETREAT, or should I say WOMEN.

I'm glad everything is going good, Sorry to hear about your mother that must be difficult. Congrats to the hubby, school is a hard thing to do especially if you work and have a family. I can't say I have a preference, no. I think it would be really, really fun to have a little girl- my best friend IRL is pregnant right now (due in March) and is having a little girl, so if I had one too, then they would be the same age difference that she and I are. That would be cute since we've been friends since WAAAAAY back. DH already has a son from another relationship too, so it would be fun to give him a little girl. A boy would be JUST FINE with me too, though!!!! I'm just so thrilled to be having a baby...the experts told us that it would be almost impossible for us to conceive on our own- I guess the Lord showed them otherwise!!!!

I'm sorry that things are so difficult on your end, girl! I think your idea of getting all of us together some day sounds SUPER fun! All the ladies on here are so sweet!

I know it will get better and things will start looking up, I'm claiming this as my year. Yea the experts are no match for the man upstairs. A little girl or boy would be adorable, if i'm lucky maybe I will have twins and be done. lol
right now i'm cramping so bad on my right side, and I'm having enough gas to fill my tank. TMI but it's the truth.

Having a very weird af... the first couple days were pretty normal and today I have nothing! My af always lasts a full 7 days! Weird. (Not complaining tho!!) Cant wait to O so we can get this cycle going!!

Expecting, maybe it's implantation!?!?

I'm obsessing right now and convincing myself I am implanting late. I got AF today, but it's not real AF. I've only seen smears of light light pink and I threw a tampon in just in case...a couple hours later, I pulled it out and only brown specks all over it, I have no flow...yet. Which is VERY weird for me. If I have no flow tomorrow, I'm sure I implanted late. But that's just my crazy ass thing that. ;)

I know you are glad af is leaving early. i'm glad she isn't at my front door but it's a little crazy waiting to see whats really going on.

Nicole-You had me worried hunnie! I thought you went into some depression and left all of us hanging. Clomid is ok. I have considered asking my doc about it because, as I've said before, I am not 100% sure I am ovulating due to the fact that I am not getting ewcm and only this past month did my cervix get really soft. Even if clomid does raise your risk of having twins slightly, I am ok with that.

So funny story, one of the ladies on my team at work is from the Philipines. VERY strict catholic woman and is actually a mail order bride. Her now husband was nearing his 30's and also very strict catholic and was still a virgin and unmarried because he could not find a woman here that shared his values. When they got married, neither had seen porn and had NO CLUE in the world how to consumate the marriage, so the family gave them a book that they read their wedding night and finally consumated the marriage a week later after many failed attempts. They have been together for 14 years now and have 6 year old twin girls so she now thinks she is the expert on conceiving. She asked today if I got my period and I said yes. She shook her head and said "You didn't put your legs up like I told you." YES! I put my legs up. Then she says "Did you look at his pecker? You are not supposed to look at it. It is not meant to be seen." I almost fell over laughing! She is so innocent and cluless it is HILARIOUS! I will save explaining 69 to her for antother day we all need laughs, lol.
